A Renovated Midcentury Modern “Treehouse” in Lakewood
D Magazine featured this iconic Lakewood midcentury modern residence following an extensive renovation by architect Eddie Maestri and Jim Scott & Sons, now Generations Fine Homes. Originally designed in 1979, the home sits on a wooded half-acre creek lot and uses expansive glass to blur the connection between indoors and out. The distinctive Dallas renovation was also featured on both the AIA Dallas Tour of Homes and the Lakewood Home Tour, highlighting its thoughtful architectural transformation.
